LORENA FLORES is a director and cinematographer based in Guadalajara, Mexico. Her work moves between dance and film, exploring the body as a narrative space where intimacy, memory, and identity intersect.

With a background in both audiovisual production and dance, she creates pieces that blend movement, texture, and emotion, often from a personal and feminine perspective.

Her outstanding films include NUDOS (2022), a project centered on gender violence with an international festival run, and GIRL (2025), an autobiographical dancefilm awarded Best Dancefilm at OkaHe3.

Alongside her authorial work, she has collaborated as line producer in commercials with national and international brands through the boutique production company CAIXAPRO (2021-2025), expanding her practice into the advertising field.

She is the founder of CUERPA, a creative platform dedicated to dancefilm production.
